Mike Petterson

Owner and operator, Mike is a B class Field Safety Representative and Red Seal Certified Master Electrician that has worked diligently in his field for 23 years. He has not only been a service electrician for that time period, but has been:

  • Foreman and designer on both low rise and high rise fire alarm installations,
  • Foreman on both small and medium commercial tenant improvement projects,
  • Custom new home wiring incorporating both design and installation,
  • Custom home renovations that have included complete re-wiring to eliminate “knob and tube”,
  • Custom lighting design and installation,
  • Medium size data/voice installations,
  • Fibre optic installations and splicing,
  • Home theater installations,
  • Legalized secondary suites,
  • Off grid power systems,
  • Monthly facility testing including UPS and Generator maintenance,
  • Lighting retrofits for both commercial and industrial businesses, and
  • Troubleshoot and repair of variable speed drives, motors, HVAC equipment,  pumps, and manufacturing equipment.

Brittany Petterson

Owner and operator, Brittany has a Bachelor in Business Administration and worked in property management and building code consulting.  Her experience has included:

  • Executive assistant to commercial and multi-residential building property manager, including arranging repairs and scheduled maintenance, reconciling trust accounts, and compiling annual building recoveries and reconciliations for commercial lease holders,
  • Project management for building code review of commercial and multi-residential buildings, including building permits, field reports and occupancy documentation processing.
